OUR MISSION
Empower Through Wellness was born from a seed planted during a transformative retreat in Costa Rica—a moment of deep connection, clarity, and the overwhelming desire to give back. Rooted in that experience, this event was created to offer something different to our community: a space where healing, movement, and generosity come together. Our mission is to foster connection, restoration, and purpose through accessible wellness experiences—while supporting the vital work of Empower Yolo. Through movement, mindfulness, and community gathering, we aim to uplift not only those who attend, but also those in need of support, safety, and hope. This is more than a fundraiser—it's a celebration of healing, giving, and the power of coming together with intention.

Girls Gong Wild Sound Healing. Girls Gong Wild was co-founded by soul sisters and Sacramento natives, Staci Quinn and Sondra Cameron—two women who followed their hearts into the transformative world of sound healing. What began as a shared love for the peace and clarity found in sound baths quickly turned into a mission: to make wellness more accessible, more intuitive, and way more fun. Great Bear is owned and operated by Jenny & Marcus with help from our 4 children, and a dedicated team of wine lovers. Our world class vineyard was designed by professors from the UC Davis Viticulture & Enology department, who also assisted Jenny in making her first few vintages, as she completed her UC Davis winemaking program. We bring a depth of knowledge of wines from around the world — Jenny has worked with several local winemakers over the years and Marcus is a recognized expert of biological agriculture.
Jenny & Marcus have travelled to wineries all over the world, from Europe to Australia to South Africa, bringing home winemaking tastes and traditions from all of our favorite wine regions of the world.
Our wines have a real sense of place: a terroir coming from the Rincon loam soils, aided by warm days and nights cooled by the Delta Breeze; and the people with the wine growing expertise of UC Davis.
It is a remarkable ecosystem for growing premium grapes and making exquisite wines.
My name is Kelli Fuller I am the proud owner of Spa Central, for 20 years I have worked really hard to turn my business into a wellness sanctuary. I have been in the industry 25 years of experience in the wellness industry, Kelli brings a deep sense of purpose, healing, and connection to everything she does. She feels incredibly fortunate to be part of a community that values and supports small businesses—and in return, she’s committed to giving back in meaningful ways. Whether through her services or her community involvement, Kelli’s mission remains the same: to help people feel balanced, restored, and truly cared for.

Empower Yolo’s mission is to promote safe, healthy, and resilient communities.
